At the latest Microsoft "AI Future of Work" theme event, it was not surprising that the AI Copilot function for Microsoft 365 was published. This assistant can analyze and provide content as needed, such as automatically generating PowerPoint based on Word documents Report, and there will even be a proper cutscene in it.

In addition, Copilot can also generate Word text reports and change the tone of text based on Excel data; find overlooked insights and trends in Excel; organize the contents of Outlook mailboxes and draft emails; provide real-time summaries and to-do items directly from Team video conferences. At the same time, there is a new Business Chat, which can integrate data and content from different apps, analyze and provide summaries and suggestions, such as project progress, customer matters, and plan generation.

Not surprisingly, Copilot uses the same GPT-4 model as the new Bing, saying that it is better than GPT-3 in terms of answerability, correctness, and refusal to cross the set "railings". Microsoft 365 Copilot is currently being tested with 20 selected business customers, and it has been revealed that it will be available in the next few months, but currently only supports English. Microsoft said they will provide enterprise IT departments with what they need to pay attention to when applying AI functions, and pricing and other information will be announced.
